How to integrate Debitoor & iZettle
With iZettle, you can offer card and cash payment flexibility, without being tied to a fixed location. All you need to get started is the free mobile app and the iZettle card reader to start registering sales.

Get started with iZettle
First,sign up for iZettle. Download the free app on your smartphone or tablet, connect the card reader, and you're ready to start selling.
Setting up iZettle
Once you’re registered,log in to your iZettle account. Install the free mobile app on your iPhone or Android and connect to your card reader.
And you’re ready to start selling.
The Debitoor x iZettle connection
To connect your iZettle account to Debitoor, click 'Settings' > 'Settings' > 'Receive payment'.
There, you will see all of our online payment options including iZettle:
Click 'Setup' and follow the steps to get your iZettle account connected and syncing. Not to worry, you'll only need to do this part once.
Importing iZettle payments to Debitoor
Next, all you need to do is select the date from which you’d like your payments to be imported. Once synchronised, this will happen automatically. All of your transactions and income will appear in your account.
In Debitoor, you will find all of your payments in the ‘Other Income’ under your ‘Invoices’ tab, as well as to a designated iZettle account under your ‘Payments’ section.
The income is calculated automatically. All outbound transactions and commissions will also be displayed, however you must enter these amounts manually in your ‘Expenses’ tab.
In the event that you receive refunds through iZettle, these are automatically registered in your account and your iZettle account under ‘Payments’ will be credited appropriately.
Updating your payments
The process outlined above need only be done once. Once your Debitoor and iZettle accounts are integrated, all you need to do is open the iZettle folder under ‘Payments’ and click ‘Refresh’.
