Hi, I’m Timothy and I am the newest addition to the Debitoor team. I will be working here as a part-time English Student Copywriter and Support Specialist.

I’m originally from the UK and moved to Copenhagen in 2016 to study my Masters. It was a somewhat spontaneous decision, but one that definitely paid off! I really enjoy exploring the city on foot and still love to visit all of the tourist attractions, Tivoli being a personal favourite. After 3 years, I can now feel my Danish improving and I am always excited to have the chance to practice.

Currently, I’m studying for my PhD in Philosophy, exploring the concept of extended cognition within businesses. My research uses philosophical analysis to explain how companies can function holistically and discover new ways to relate to their stakeholders. I’m really enjoying this project as I am always interested to see how philosophy can be applied in real life.

Debitoor just moved offices and I likewise just joined the team. The new office building impresses with modernity and space. But it is also the young and international team, the pace of growth and the number of suggestions of a very active user community that call for exciting times.

I will work in the area of International Business Development and I will be on the lookout for promising partnerships. But I will also work with the Communications team. I’m German, but because I studied in France, Italy and Denmark, I will be involved in these markets as well.
