During last week, we encountered several issues with our database provider and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
These issues have now been addressed and to ensure we do not encounter these or similar issues again we have decided to switch service provider.
So, on Saturday 13th February we're moving and upgrading part of our infrastructure to something bigger, faster and better, which means that Debitoor will not be available from 3pm to 9pm GMT.
This change goes along with our ongoing commitment to provide a continuously improving and secure platform for you to work on.
You will be able to access your account again as soon as the update is done, and hopefully we will be done ahead of time. We will also keep you updated on our Facebook page and Twitter profile during the process and once it’s over.
