So, you have created your quotation, sent it to the customer and you know that your customer has seen it. What's next? There's a nifty little feature that should help your further invoice flow.

Accepting a Quote

When your customer agrees to your quote you can mark it as 'Accepted' and even convert it into an invoice straight away. And if the deal did not go through, you can 'Archive' the quote and keep it as a reference. This should give you a more organised overview of your potential sales.
