Earlier this month we released a lovely new feature that allows you to upload and save pictures of your products that will appear in the product list of your account. Now, we’ve gone a step further by allowing you to also include those images on new invoices!
With Debitoor invoicing software, you can now create an invoice with pictures of your product (or service) in just a couple of quick steps.
Here’s how to start invoicing with images!
- In your Debitoor account, click on your ‘Products’ tab
- Create a new product or open an existing product
- Select and upload the image from your computer
Your product images will automatically appear when those products are selected on your next invoice.
Why include images on your invoices?
Not only does including pictures of your products on your invoices lend an extra bit of aesthetic value, it also serves a more practical purpose: allowing your customer to immediately identify the products in their order.
Including product images can help to make your invoices clearer and more professional by adding a level of visual communication of your sale.

While the option to add images currently only applies to invoices, we’re currently working on also including this option for your quotes, in addition to the recent possibility of adding attachments.
